Assistant Centre Administration Support Officer - Clerk General Scale

Your Role
In this position, you will be tasked with assisting in a variety of established correctional administrative duties within the realm of general administration. These tasks include oversight of daily courier services, mail handling, records management, switchboard operation, processing of inmate paperwork, email monitoring, customer service, and providing necessary support to the team as directed by your Manager.
As a dedicated and achievement-oriented Assistant Centre Administration Support Officer, it is imperative that you uphold confidentiality at all times, possess a keen eye for detail and precision, deliver exceptional customer service, and thrive in high-pressure situations. A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting, are essential qualities for success in this role.
