Working closely with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team, you'll enjoy:

• Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment. 
• Support the Centre Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. 
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. 
• Mentor and support the centre team to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards 
• Supporting the creation of safe and secure environments where children can be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning journey. 
• Embodying our mindsets of bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism, setting an example in all aspects of our work.

• A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).  
• Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a long day-care centre.  
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).  
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children check.
