About you:
You’re an experienced leader with sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and the National Quality Standards. You have a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. You’re highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families. Your leadership style will motivate your team to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the team, you are laying the foundation for high quality care.
You will possess:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certifications
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- Experience to lead an awesome team
