Assistant Club General Manager - Various Locations

South Pacific Health Clubs have opportunities for Assistant Club Manager’s to join the team at Various locations, including;

• Williamstown
• Hawthorn
• Mentone

The role is as 2IC to assist the Club Manager with the day to day operations of the club. Key focus of the role is driving membership sales and helping our team provide sensational member experience at all times.  The right candidate will be a driven and hands on leader; an expert in sales and customer service with the ability to coach a team to excellence!

You will be responsible for:
•    Training and driving the team to achieve monthly sales target
•    Maintaining the highest standard of service throughout the club 
•    Planning and executing monthly marketing strategies to seek out new business opportunities
•    Recruitment and rostering to ensure the club is opened and closed
•    Reporting and administrative tasks

•    Proven sales skills with the ability to achieve monthly targets
•    Business management experience with a focus on performance outcomes
