About the role
With Multiple clubs in the Macarthur, Preston's and Camden Area. With 500 around Australia, Anytime Fitness is Australia's Best Fitness Group.
As an Assistant Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring the effective general management of the clubs and surrounding clubs. This will need to be done in such a way as to achieve all agreed targets and effectively lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
About you
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives
- General management experience is preferred
- Sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
