AddressHamlet cafe is a social enterprise that provides training and individualised work readiness support to people who are facing barriers to employment.

We are currently expanding our operations and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced chef who is excited to share their hospitality knowledge and skills with our training participants.
You will be responsible for managing the à la carte service of our cafe and will work closely with our management team to develop menus, manage food costs, and maintain relationships with our suppliers.
A strong passion for helping others learn and facilitating personal growth, positive attitude, professional and organised presence are prerequisites for the position.
Whilst consistency is crucial for this role, you will also need to be open minded and flexible such that you can personalise your approach and language to navigate the varying needs of the diverse community whilst communicating your knowledge and training.
Our cafe operates Monday to Friday, day time hours and we are not open on public holidays.
