We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to manage 65 smaller properties around the Bankstown area. This role offers a generous salary package offering you fantastic training and development.
Duties:
- Portfolio is a mix of Industrial, Commercial & Retail
- Liaise with both landlords and tenants
- Complete repairs & Maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals
- Marketing of Properties
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Residential or Commercial experience (1 year)
- Strong Communication both verbal and written
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self starter and take initiative
- Own car and driver's licence
- Long-standing staff!
- Up to $80,000
