Commercial Property Management Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Property Management Assistant to manage the key administrative and financial tasks related to a rapidly growing PROPERTY MANAGEMENT portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Real Estate industry, possess the right attitude, be a fast learner and a logical thinker and a complimentary fit to our existing team of industry experts.

The role provides plenty of variety and a great opportunity to learn, consolidate your knowledge and build a career in property. You will be working with a strong group of real estate and finance professionals, keen to build the team and develop your skills and knowledge.

About The Role

A background in fast paced administrative environments will be well regarded.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Attend property inspections, including the completion of detailed property reports
• Prepare Leases and Agency Agreements
• Systems audits to ensure data quality
• Accounts assistance such as receipting and Accounts Payable
• Rent Reviews and Outgoings reconciliations
• Reporting
• Filing, emails, messages and all the things that keep a busy role organised

• Strong numeracy skills
• Attention to detail and logical problem solving
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Great time management skills
• The ability to follow detailed instructions
• A willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Have a friendly and positive outlook and demeanor
• Have an exceptional work ethic and reliability
• An Unrestricted Drivers Licence and own car
• Current Certificate of Registration is an essential requirement of this position
