THE ROLE
Within this role you will be working with a 2 Senior Property Managers to ensure their portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties are run seamlessly. This would include general administration, correspondence with tenant and owner enquiries and invoicing.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Assistant Property Management experience in a commercial role
- Exceptional customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly organised
- Corporate administration experience
- A good grasp of numbers and attention to detail
- A current real estate registration - desirable but not necessary
