Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Fantastic career opportunity for an experienced administration allrounder to join one of the largest privately owned property agencies in WA.

Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have continued to build their team of dynamic operators.
Based centrally just outside of the city, they are now seeing an Assistant
Property Manager to support Senior Property Managers across a portfolio of retail and office properties.
You will be working under a fantastic Head of Department with lots of growth potential for the right person. Additional duties include:

• Management and execution of property services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
• Organising maintenance for properties, including management of contractors.
• Financial support including invoicing, arrears, budgeting and forecasting.
• Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.

To be considered you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients. With the ability to manage your time effectively you will be organised and most of all, have a passion to learn.
