Key Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Property Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across Queensland
• Overseeing lease renewals and ensuring smooth operations
• Managing property maintenance and resolving related issues
• Handling arrears management and general administrative tasks
• Assisting with accounting responsibilities

Skills/Experience required:

• A strong passion for Commercial Property
• Previous exposure to residential or Commercial Property
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Certificate of Registration
