Property Network of Australia has been engaged to assist with the recruitment of an Assistant Property Manager to work for a leading commercial agency based in Mackay. This established agency is seeking a passionate and high-performing candidate for immediate start, offering the successful candidate all the necessary resources, training and support required to fulfil the role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all associated Arrears Management, Rent Reviews, Entry and Exit condition reports, Lease Administration
- Assist in Preparation of Budgets and Outgoings Reconciliations
- Monitor the register of Bank Guarantees and other tenant securities as required under the leases
- In conjunction with the Property Manager, monitor and review budget and re-forecast as required.
- General Assistance to Property Manager and Facilities Manager across the portfolio
- Manage a quality retail/commercial portfolio
- Work alongside a highly motivated, dynamic and energetic team
- Deliver consistently exceptional results to clients
The desired candidate will possess previous experience in retail commercial or industrial management and will be required to provide proof of a current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate combined with a minimum of one year retail/Commercial Property experience. To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills combined with a true passion for delivering outstanding results for clients.
