About the Role…
Currently we have an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis based in our centrally located office in Newstead.
In this Role your daily activities will include:
- Developing strong business relationships with clients offering timely and accurate Real Estate advice
- Assisting in the management of a portfolio of properties along with any new managements that you secure
- Entries and exits
- Lease renewals
- Onboarding of new property management clients
- Database management and input
- Performing property inspections with diligent follow-up
- General administration task and record keeping in the CRM system

What it takes to join the Team?
- Ideally experience working as an Assistant Property Manager in Commercial Real Estate or as a Residential Property Manager looking for a move to commercial.
- An internal drive to achieve targets and an ability to work autonomously
- A team focused mindset who likes working with team members of all experience levels
- Exceptional work ethic and reliability
- High integrity, strong professionalism, and excellent customer service
- Excellent professional presentation and communication skills, written & verbal
- Developed computer skills & sound math skills
- Fast learner, great time management and persistence
- Completed a Salesperson Real Estate Registration Course & license from the Office of Fair Trading, Driver’s License and car.
