About the Role
Exciting opportunities now exists for high energy, retail passionate, Assistant Concession Manager to work on a Part Time basis, approximately 30 hours per week (including weekdays, weekends and weeknights).
- Work within a leading Department store - Myer Sydney City.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members at all times.
- Provide staff training and guidance by developing strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with your Store Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
- Uphold all visual merchandise prospects of the store, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the store’s inventory to maximise sales/profits.

Skills & Experience
- Experience and commitment to building our customer loyalty with an enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and clients.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
- Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.
- Experience in the lingerie industry is valued but not essential as full training will be provided.
