Beauty Concession Manager

As Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates and Beauty Therapist in one of our fastest growing businesses. Working with a brand that epitomizes what it means to feel beautiful inside & out, you will understand how to deliver a high-end service to our clientele and build meaningful and lasting relationships. We are seeking a business minded, beauty-conscious individual who wants to make a positive imprint on the world!

We are looking for....

• Beauty experience is highly sought after, or a background in luxury fashion.
• Management experience is required.
• Proven track record at achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Showcase exceptional knowledge and passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
• Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive sales targets and meet or exceed set goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate closely with the Beauty Therapist to optimize sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

• A Cert 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy is HIGHLY sought after - are you our unicorn?!
• A background in management - preferably luxury, beauty or fashion.
• Business orientated, we want someone who will drive the success of the store.

• A passion for the beauty and skincare industry and a keen eye for style, with a deep understanding of global and current trends, industry standards and competitors offering.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the role are executed at a high level.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the demands of the retail schedule.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a concession world.
