Assistant Construction Manager

Your daily work schedule will include assisting with forward planning, ensuring the job site is clean, and coordinating the preparation of buildings for the final walk-through.\r
Assistant Construction Manager Responsibilities and Duties\rAssist Construction Manager in planning and executing building construction and renovation projects.\rPlan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis.\rEstablish budget and schedule for construction project.\rMonitor and control expenses within the established budget.\rRecommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and productivity.\rOversee invoice and payment processing in a timely fashion\rAnalyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.\rRespond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.\rGenerate construction progress and expense reports for management.\rAttend educational workshops, trainings and conferences for professional growth.\rIdentify slippages or delays in constructions and adjust schedules to meet deadlines\rIdentify milestones and problem areas and accordingly recommend preventive actions.\rWork with Construction Manager to develop project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.\rAnalyze RFI responses and monitor and process change orders.\rProvide administrative assistance to Construction Manager when needed.\r
