Assistant Consultant, Human Resources

Human Resources are looking for an Assistant Consultant, Human Resources to join their team. The right candidate will contribute to and assist with the provision of Human Resource services to management and staff across the Bayside Health Service. The Bayside Health Service comprises Redland Hospital, Wynnum Manly Community Health Centre, Marie Rose Medical Centre Dunwich, Redland Satellite Hospital and Pandanus ward Casuarina Lodge.

About the Role

• Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of Human Resources functions.
• Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of workforce practices.
• Participate in the case management and investigation of grievances, industrial matters, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation in collaboration with senior team members.
• Assist in the review of the facility's workforce practices and policies to ensure compliance with contemporary public sector requirements and assist in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
