About the role
As a new role in a supportive and collaborative team, the HR Administrator will have a key role to play in providing administrative support and assistance particularly to the HR team, and assisting with employee attraction, selection and on-boarding.
You will:
- Assist in the recruitment process including, posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases, and liaise with payroll as required.
- Help organize the booking of medicals for employees going to site
- Manage the HR team inbox
- Provide HR reporting
- Provide support in the performance management process
- Organise and coordinate training and professional development programs and assist with booking external training/ conferences
- Helping with communication e.g. drafting some social media posts, capability statements assistance, CV formatting etc
- Support for one or more of our committees e.g. Diversity & Inclusion or Mental Health & Well-being
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
About You
An exceptionally organised and enthusiastic individual, you will have;
- Prior administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate level ability in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Prior experience working with HR software would be highly regarded (but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across the organisation
