About the Role
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality documents and records, collation of information for preparation for meetings and briefing notes, enquiry screening and electronic diary management.
- Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of Human Resources functions.
- Participate and assist in the case management and investigation of grievance and discipline management, industrial relations, industrial matters and disputes and performance issues.
- An ability to assist in analysing issues, establish a course of action and adopt a pro-active approach to issue resolution.
- Assist in the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, codes of practice, directives, awards, certified agreements, employment frameworks, policies, and procedures.
