About the Role
Assist in the preparation of high-quality documents and records, collation of information for preparation for meetings and briefing notes, enquiry screening and electronic diary management.
Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of Human Resources functions.
Participate and assist in the case management and investigation of grievance and discipline management, industrial relations, industrial matters and disputes and performance issues.
An ability to assist in analysing issues, establish a course of action and adopt a pro-active approach to issue resolution.
Assist in the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, codes of practice, directives, awards, certified agreements, employment frameworks, policies, and procedures.
