About the role
The Partnerships and New Projects team in the Property and Major Projects division are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join and work on exciting projects at Onkaparinga Heights, Mawson Lakes, Magill, and Dry Creek.

This role is essential for coordinating and implementing the early stages of opportunity development and supporting project management to ensure the achievement of project goals and objectives. If you are passionate about property development and project management, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our dynamic and growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support pipeline projects through development planning, design, market feasibility, and due diligence to meet strategic, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Develop high-level reports to monitor project objectives, track progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide advice and assist with managing developments from concept to completion, ensuring project success.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of development projects.

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to launch their career in property and project development, with essential tertiary qualifications in Property, Development, Project Management, Planning, Land Economics, or related fields.
