About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director IT Support to oversee the Level 2 component of our infrastructure, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our technology systems. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals and drive operational excellence in delivering IT services to the Agency.
Skills and Experience
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Level 2 support function, encompassing incident management, problem resolution, service improvement, and stakeholder communication.
• Active participation in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) practices, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with external service providers and vendors
• Facilitate the integration of various IT services to deliver a cohesive and efficient IT ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of the Agency
Qualifications
• Relevant qualifications and/or necessary experience within Information Technology domain as relevant to operational requirements of the position will be highly regarded.

Eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Neg Vet 1 security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: This role offers between $116,075 - $132,386 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
