About the Service and organisation:
- This organisation is committed to ongoing development and will pay for enrolment and completion of your Diploma
- The organisation is a leading Not for Profit organisation
- Fantastic career progression opportunities
- Service is licenced for 120 and averaging about 100 children per day
- The service operates from a purpose built buildings
- PPT - 35 hours per week
- $33 - $35 per hour + Super + Split Shift allowance - Annual Salary up to $81K
- The position will be split shifts
- The Assistant Director will support the leadership team is managing quality and compliance of the service
- Before School Hours: 7am - 9am
- After School Hours: 2pm - 6pm
- Admin hours are flexible
- Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education.
- Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC (not essential, but desirable).
- First aid, WWCC, & Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk.
- Double Vaccination against COVID-19 or an approved Medical Exemption
