The Assistant Director Strategic Asset Management leads the planning, development and implementation of a whole-of-government Strategic Asset Management initiative across the State’s non-residential building portfolio, in-line with Finance’s role as Asset Management functional lead.
About You:
The Strategic Asset Management business unit is seeking a dynamic individual, who possesses significant leadership experience to inspire a team and deliver on various portfolios.
Through leading the development and implementation of best practice Asset Management across the State, this is a unique opportunity to share your knowledge and influence the future growth of Asset Management on a large scale.
Your passion for Asset Management will be infectious and you will in turn build enthusiasm for Asset Management with a vast array of State agencies. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to develop and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will achieve quality outcomes, through exemplifying the Department’s values and adopting a constructive, facilitative leadership style.
