Assistant Early Childhood Educator

Our client is a family-owned service with a waitlist that goes to 2025! The owners are hands-on and the experienced management team is nurturing and empowering - helping their team achieve excellence in education and care for the families they serve. This is evidenced by the multiple assessments and ratings that have achieved exceeding in all seven elements.  

The center itself promotes a happy and calm atmosphere - staff genuinely love to come to work and the natural and aesthetic environments are extremely well cared for. We are looking for educators to join the 2-3 year old age team of Educators. In addition, staff have access to their own retreat. The retreat is a multi-level building with a gym, kitchen, lounge area, and a library. There is an entire level of learning resources and separate offices for planning time. It's a great place to unwind and take a break! About you:

• A warm and friendly personality with a deep passion for achieving excellence in Early Childhood education and care
• A completed ACECQA-approved Early Childhood related Diploma (or above)
• Sound knowledge of the NQF, including the VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQS.
• A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
• Excellent programming,  observation, and documentation skills
• Working With Children Check (Employer)
• Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 pm
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)
