About the roles
With a growing occupancy we are looking for passionate Assistant Educators to join our amazing team.
The role will require you to;
- Support the lead educators with quality program design and implementation.
- Participate in critical reflection and analysis of learning.
- Inspire and challenge children daily to reach their full potential.
- Have a passion for sustainability
- Drive quality practices and principles within the centre.
- Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community, in our centre's personal van form a large part of our program
- Be willing to work a rotating roster between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30pm

Skills and experience
To be successful you will
- Hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of 2 year experience.
- Have patience and a caring nature.
- Be willing to have fun, with a love of messy play and the outdoors.
- Be a team member who is fun, friendly and educates with purpose and integrity.
- Be a passionate and highly driven person with strong initiative
- Be 100% reliable and honest
- Hold a current Working With children check, first aid, CPR, asthma management and anaphylaxis.
- Encourage a fun environment with a good balance of structure vs unstructured time for the children.
- Be able to foster strong relationships with children and their families
- Have a passion for creating beautiful learning environments both indoors and out
- Be willing to work with our centre pets to teach children responsibility, love and kindness.
