Assistant Educator - Mayfield Early Education Mooroolbark

Mayfield Early Education Mooroolbark, are seeking devoted Early Childhood Educators to join our team, working up to 37.5 hours per week.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters the holistic development of each child, creating a foundation for a lifetime of learning. 
• Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education. 
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration for the well-being and development of each child. 
• Introduce new and creative teaching methodologies, keeping the learning environment fresh, engaging, and in line with best practices. 
• Be the voice for the children in our care, ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of every decision and activity. 

You:

• Hold a minimum of a Cert III or Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent). 
• Availability for rotating rosters between the hours of 6.30am - 6.30pm, Monday - Friday.
• Valid WWCC
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain). 
• Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards. 
• Genuine motivation & passion for the Early Childhood sector. 
• Knowledge of EYLF, and the NQF.
