Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description of the RoleWorking with the Senior Experiential Manager, the AEM will support and execute partnership and experiential programs for key brands in CAMPARI's portfolio including Aperol Spritz, Wild Turkey Bourbon, Campari, and Espolon Tequila.The Assistant Experiential Manager plays a vital role in executing exciting and innovative experiential campaigns to create unforgettable experiences that build brand love. The AEM will be responsible for partnership management, event delivery and digital amplification for the achievement of brand and sales objectives.Mission/Objectives:Deliver a program of unforgettable experiences, igniting passion and growing brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesProvide support for the company's sponsorships and participation in industry events, striving to optimize benefits and manage budgets effectively while upholding internal policies and compliance standards.Support event initiatives, working closely with business and department collaborators to build impactful programs in line with our strategic objectives.Oversee entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to execution, content creation, venue arrangements, digital amplification, consumer journey maps and financial management.Collaborating with external suppliers on all event-related aspects, ensuring seamless administration of hospitality and experiencesThe ability to manage various projects at a time to ensure all events are executed to a high standard.Key RelationshipsInternal: Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales and Commercial Functions External: Vendors, Partners, Local AgenciesExperience RequiredAt least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally agency side, rights holder and/or brand experience with sponsorships.Proven experience in planning and delivering exceptional partnership activation experiences for brands or clients.Strong agency management experience.Experience in assisting with creative ideation for activations.High energy and a passion for the industry, and our brands.Has strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Has a strong work ethic and collaborative work approach.Has good time management skills, is highly organised and results driven.Licenses RequiredRSA (preferred, not mandatory)Unrestricted Drivers LicenceFunctional CompetenciesCollaboration & Communication: Demonstrates strong ability and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.Creativity: Generates interesting, fresh ideas while applying brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity in social media.Organisation & Planning: Possesses strong organisation and planning skills (eg. coordinates and organises social calendars and process).Action-Oriented: Thrives in fast paced environments where one must effectively manage and execute against multiple projects and deadlines.Internal Stakeholder Management - Communicates unique customer needs to internal stakeholders to ensure success.
