About the Role:
As the Assistant Experiential Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in sculpting unparalleled brand experiences that resonate with consumers. Reporting into the Senior Experiential Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- The translation of brand strategies into captivating live events and integrated consumer campaigns.
- Collaboration with business and department stakeholders to develop impactful event initiatives aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring each program contributes to overall organisational goals.
- Ownership of the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to execution, encompassing content creation, venue arrangements, digital amplification, consumer journey mapping, and meticulous financial management.
- End to end project management, adeptly handling multiple projects simultaneously to ensure each activation is executed to a high standard.
- The planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms and channels - ATL, Digital & Content.
- Ongoing management of external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of national campaigns and activations, including campaign reporting and metrics.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably experiential agency or in-house campaign/brand activations & partnerships.
- Previous exposure to the FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adept project and time management abilities.
- A resilient, results-driven approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple priorities with finesse.
