What this job involves:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our onsite team which oversees a build-to-rent residential development in Southport!
In the role, you will support the Facilities Manager and wider team in coordinating all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management.
A snapshot of the role:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Inspect all completed works and ensure they are completed to the highest possible standard
• Inspect, identify and report general maintenance
• Enter and update work orders into the system as required
• Ensure all contractors undertaking work on site are compliant

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You will be a confident self-starter who is looking to grow their career within facilities management/property. You thrive on providing superior customer service, enjoy building relationships with people, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
You will have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, high attention to detail and ability to interact with clients at all levels.
