We are a rapid growth PropTech business with market-leading performance over the last 15 years. We focus on new residential and off the plan property market. - Manage all internal financial reporting responsibilities of multiple entities including monthly management accounts. - Maintain oversight of all accounting matters ensuring strong organisational discipline and controls over the general ledger and other accounting records are being monitored and maintained effectively; - Statutory reporting for all businesses including but not limited ABS, BAS, IAS, FBT, annual financial statements, tax returns, payroll tax etc. - Attend to all tax compliance responsibilities of the businesses as well as working with external advisors on tax planning processes and opportunities; - Management of the AP and AR functions - Delivery of end to end payroll services ensuring compliance and are consistent with contracts, salary bands and/or award - Management and analysis of insurances - Property management reporting and analysis - Champion process and procedure improvements across AP, AR, payroll and tax functions - Rollout business initiatives/strategies from finance function
