Our busy Director requires an intelligent and reliable team player to assist with the multitude of projects.
The role is to assist the Director in planning, prioritising and implementing projects and assisting with admin.
The candidate must have the following demonstrated attributes:
- A genuine eye for detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good at planning
- Good team person
- Drivers Licence is a must
The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Proactively manage Financial Controller's schedule, including diary and email coordination, and meeting organisation.
- Assist the Financial Controller with tasks including setting up finance modelling and other team budget spreadsheets.
- Assist in completing the Dropbox move to the SharePoint project
- Assist in reforming the admin role and tasks
- Ad-hoc admin duties
