As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to orchestrate seamless operations across all dining outlets and event functions. Your core responsibilities will revolve around upholding service standards, nurturing our front-of-house team, and aiding in the planning and execution of club events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring functions are run to the highest standard including setup, implementation and pack down.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to devise strategies for enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of dining outlets, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure frontline staff consistently deliver exceptional service, surpassing guest expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus and Beverages, offering informed recommendations and ensuring consistent quality.
- Assist in coordinating events, managing logistics, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Uphold stringent hygiene, health, and safety standards in adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally, striving for swift resolution and heightened satisfaction.
