The Royal Hotel is the flagship venue of Parker Group (www.parkergroup.au), which also includes iconic Perth venues The Standard, fleur, Dandelion, and Willi's Wine Bar.
We're always growing and evolving - we're looking for a dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the ranks and expand the success of the team. You will work closely with and support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the building - including The Royal (an upmarket pub offering elevated yet classic dining), Willi's Wine Bar, and the award-winning restaurant, fleur.
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management, preferably in a large venue
- “Lead from the front” approach to supporting the FOH and Kitchen team with hands-on involvement in all aspects of the venue, especially during peak periods
- Assist the Operations Manager with implementing and reviewing service standards and procedures, and ensure they are consistently being met.
- Drive revenue targets by managing costs.
- Present as the face of the business, embracing the culture of the venue
- Foster excellent relationships with the staff, suppliers and contractors.

What you need to have:
- Current Approved Managers Card & RSA
- Food Handlers Certificate
- First Aid training desirable
