Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Royal Hotel is the flagship venue of Parker Group (www.parkergroup.au), which also includes iconic Perth venues The Standard, fleur, Dandelion, and Willi's Wine Bar.

We're always growing and evolving - we're looking for a dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the ranks and expand the success of the team. You will work closely with and support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the building - including The Royal (an upmarket pub offering elevated yet classic dining), Willi's Wine Bar, and the award-winning restaurant, fleur.

We are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in management, preferably in a large venue
• “Lead from the front” approach to supporting the FOH and Kitchen team with hands-on involvement in all aspects of the venue, especially during peak periods
• Assist the Operations Manager with implementing and reviewing service standards and procedures, and ensure they are consistently being met.
• Drive revenue targets by managing costs.
• Present as the face of the business, embracing the culture of the venue
• Foster excellent relationships with the staff, suppliers and contractors.

What you need to have:

• Current Approved Managers Card & RSA
• Food Handlers Certificate
• First Aid training desirable
