We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Applicants must have the following:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Approved Manager's Liquor licence
- a current Police Clearance
- excellent communication skills
- a keen eye for detail
- a passion for customer service
The successful applicant to have proven experience in the following areas:
- Previous experience in a 4 Star Hotel
- Supervisory experience in a Restaurant and Banquet/Functions department
- Sound Food and Beverage background
Hours of work are determined by the business demands of the guests and flexibility is required for weekends, early mornings and evenings.
