Join us in the exciting new position of Assistant Fulfilment Manager designed to elevate our fulfilment operations to the next level. As the Assistant Fulfilment Manager, you will be the driving force at the heart of our operations in our Fulfilment Centre, where we meticulously pick and pack online and corporate orders.
Overseeing daily activities, managing stock and coordinating the fulfilment team to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations will be the key aspects of your role. You'll support the Fulfilment Manager and take the lead in providing guidance and coaching to two Team Leaders. Previous experience in a comparable position leading a team of 20+ members is required.

- Exhibit a strong understanding of fulfilment operations, stock management and team rostering.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, supporting and coaching team members effectively.
- Show a keen eye for detail, tracking performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining and promoting work health and safety standards.
- Contribute to the successful execution of other special projects as needed.
- Manage equipment and IT requirements, ensuring effective use of all necessary systems and platforms for operations, rosters and training.
