As the Assistant Gaming Manager reporting to the Gaming Manager, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity to both lead and inspire the Electronic Gaming team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Gaming at The Star Sydney.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operations
- Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence
- Promoting a positive working relationship across the team
- Ensuring the integrity of the company & gaming machine operations
- Passionate with fostering team members achieving their career goals.
What are we looking for:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous Gaming Machine supervisory experience working in a Casino Industry
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity

You will need to demonstrate accountability, resource management, cost control and effective leadership in people management coupled with effective communication and motivational skills.
