Royal Copenhagen is a recognised Ice Cream brand in South Australia. Our Brighton location has been in operation for the last 10 years and only last year our Glenelg store has reopened. The Brighton and Glenelg locations are family run and we pride ourselves on producing a great product that can stand up against other competitors.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience making Ice Cream
- If no experience in Ice Cream making, experience in a similar food processing needed. Please don't apply if you don't have experience in food production or food handling at a minimum.
- Current Food Safety certifications
Qualifications & experience Hours
- 30 plus hours available and part time / full time for the right candidate
- SA Food Safety Supervisor qualifications a bonus
- Food Safety Certificate a must
Tasks & responsibilities
- Produce Ice Cream for two locations to a high standard and inline with company recipes
- Lodge production numbers in Lightspeed Program.
- Working with store managers to recorded stock transfers between stores
- Maintain food safety standards for production
- Organising and ordering stock as required using Lightspeed Program
- Managing temperature records for food health safety purposes.
