A permanent full time position with an immediate start is now available for an Administration Clerk based in our Wodonga Office.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a team environment and is proactive with an appetite to learn.
Skills and qualifications required for this position:
- Intermediate computer skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Possess a strong level of attention to detail, be methodical and have an eagerness to enhance the customer service experience
- Well developed data entry skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative in being both a team player and able to work with minimum direction.
- Comply with the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) system
- Contribute to the improvement of systems and the working environment.
- Invoicing experience (desirable)
- Ability to meet timeliness of reporting
- Have an understanding of KPI reporting and the actions required to drive improvement
