AddressRedland Residential Care, Community and Oral Health are looking for a casual Assistant in Nursing to join their team. The Assistant in Nursing (AIN) assists and supports the Registered Nurse (RN) in the provision of direct/indirect person-centred care and Redland Residential Care duties as required. The AIN is responsible for providing nursing care in a professional, safe, and compassionate manner as a member of Redland Residential Care healthcare team.

About the Role
- This role assists the RN to effectively assess, plan and implement individual resident care and with the routine functioning of the ward/unit including escalation of resident care issues and concerns.
- Responsible for completing required documentation and becoming a proficient user of electronic medical record/s and other information technology systems and once proficient remain current with changes, updates, and contingencies.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a physically, culturally and psychosocially safe environment for residents and staff.
