Position Overview:

As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients across various clinical settings. This is an exciting opportunity for compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Assist registered nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering personalized care to patients.

- Provide support with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.

- Assist with the implementation of care plans and interventions to promote patient well-being and comfort.

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.

- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III or IV in Health Services Assistance or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Previous experience in a healthcare or aged care setting is desirable but not essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and their families.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of the role, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as required.
