We are looking for a new team member in the administration/quoting division.
This role primarily deals with:-
- Quoting Cabinetry Projects
- Some Residential Client Liaison
- Primarily Builder Liaison
- Answering Phones
- Attending to Walk Ins
- Supplier Rep Liaison
- Assisting the Director with quoting overflow and client meetings
- QBCC Contract Preparation
While experience would be great, we are in a position to teach someone with fantastic attention to detail and a desire and real interest in reading and understanding plans.
It's an administration role with the opportunity to upskill into quoting and design.
This is a permanent position for a period 12 months to fill in for maternity leave. At the end of the 12 months, we would re-evaluate the position, with a possible view for job sharing with the return of our team member after maternity leave, OR a permanent continuation depending on our expected growth.
Currently the position is Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.10pm but we are flexible/negotiable - just chat to us.
