Montefiore is seeking enthusiastic, caring and team-orientated Personal Care Workers/Assistant Nurses to support our residents at our prestigious Randwick campus.
We are looking to appoint people who are seeking casual, permanent part time and full-time employment with all levels of experience and qualifications!
About you:
- Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
- Positive, caring and compassionate
- Great communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team
- Fantastic work ethic
- Open to continuous learning
Desirable:
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care (or working towards); OR
- Bachelor of Nursing students
About the role:
- Provide personal care needs and services as per consumer’s individual care needs and care plans
- Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Deliver care that aligns with consumers dignity, choice, and independence
