The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of person centered; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.How to Apply

- Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, carers and the wider health care team
