We care.About the roleLismore Base Hospital is seeking Assistants in Nursing to join the team providing Leisure and Lifestyle Coordination Services. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation of the activities program, utilising both individual and group activities, with the aim of maintaining or improving resident abilities, promoting independence and wellbeing.The Assistant in Nursing provides direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.Join our team and you’ll enjoy:
