About the role
Lismore Base Hospital Ward E10 is seeking Assistants in Nursing to join their team, providing direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
