• Excellent stock control
• Develop and uphold a culture of camaraderie and positivity within the team
• Strong staff management, leadership, and development skills
• Experience in controlling a finances
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of your kitchen
• Sound hygiene and adherence to HACCP regulations
• Casual dining and QSR experience is a bonus
