Position: Control Room Operator
Location: Graystanes
Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift: Day Shift - 8:00am to 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Role Overview:
Control Room Operators are vital to our operations, ensuring safe plant operation and personnel well-being. As we expand, we need experienced operators who prioritize safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust plant machinery and systems.
- Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain detailed operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
About You:
- Experienced in Control Room operations, preferably in minerals processing.
- Experience with plant commissioning and ramp-up desirable.
- Knowledgeable in work permit and isolation procedures.
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transport
- Strong communication skills and a drive for personal development.
