We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our established team at City Cave Coomera! As a client centric organisation, it is important that our Assistant Manager is a brand ambassador for City Cave.
About the opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to support and assist the Centre Manager in leading and supporting our team of staff and massage therapists within the Centre. The Assistant Manager will help in the overseeing of all float centre operations and share an appropriate level of responsibility in employee relations, training, coaching and driving our team’s sales growth.
The Assistant Manager will be expected to have excellent communication skills to equally support the staff and our clients through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
● Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
● Maintain sales and income targets.
● Merchandising of inventory and supplier communication.
● Linen inventory.
● Continual communication and reporting to the Centre Manager.
● Complete pool maintenance by water chemistry test and treat effectively.
● Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
● Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
● Assist with marketing for the centre.
● Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
● Ensure that the customer service needs, and expectations are exceeded daily.
● Ensure the facility remains exceptionally clean and well presented at all times.
About you
● Business Qualifications and minimum 1 year sale experience.
● Positive attitude.
● Good work ethic and great attention to detail.
● Clean and tidy appearance.
● High-level communication skills.
● Ability to work to a deadline and adaptable to change in priorities.

We are a busy, fast paced Centre, and open from 8:30am - 9 pm 7 days per week so it is essential to be willing to work shiftwork and be an active person willing to work all shifts and available for rostering over the 7 days a week.
Pay rate: $55K per annual plus incentives; 38hours per week.
