Based at our Newstead Support Office, we are looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of full time Assistant Manager for Watch Workshop.
You will be supervising our workshop front desk performing repair workflow management, customer satisfaction, and ensuring all repairs depart at the highest standard. Overtime, this role will expand with new techniques and training to assist in delivering an exceptional service.
In this role you will assist our workshop with several tasks including but not limited to:
- providing expert knowledge relating to the service department's products and services;
- providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers to resolve enquires, face to face, telephone or in writing; and
- ensuring the Service Department's compliance with all policy and procedures.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within a retail environment
- Knowledge/interest in watch and jewellery
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and action tasks efficiently
- Confidence to negotiate and problem solve
